Raytheon Inte­grat­ed Defense Sys­tems, Sud­bury, Mass., is being award­ed a $106,454,603 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-09-C-5111) for the pro­duc­tion of two AN/SPY‑1(D)V radar trans­mit­ter groups and one mis­sile fire con­trol sys­tem MK 99 Mod 14 in sup­port of DDG 116 and a AN/SPY‑1(D)V radar trans­mit­ter group for Aegis Ashore Mis­sile Defense Sys­tem Host Nation 1. Hunt­ing­ton Ingalls, Inc., Pascagoula, Miss., is being award­ed a not-to-exceed $70,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-06-C-2222) for advance pro­cure­ment of long-lead-time mate­ri­als in sup­port of LPD 27, the 11th ship in the San Anto­nio (LPD 17) class. Work will be per­formed in Pascagoula, Miss., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by April 2012. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. Sen­sor and Anten­na Sys­tems, Inc., Lans­dale, Pa., is being award­ed a $38,956,741 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price con­tract (N00019-10-C-0047) to exer­cise an option for 48 low band trans­mit­ters; 13 ver­ti­cal polar­ized anten­nas; and 28 hor­i­zon­tal polar­ized anten­nas asso­ci­at­ed with the AN/ALQ-99 low band trans­mit­ter. Work will be per­formed in Lans­dale, Pa., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in August 2014. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the fis­cal year. Solar Pow­er Part­ners, Inc.*, Mill Val­ley, Calif. (N62583-10-D- 0326); Chevron Ener­gy Solu­tions Co., a divi­sion of Chevron U.S.A., Inc., San Fran­cis­co, Calif. (N62583-10-D- 0327); Sun­Durance Ener­gy, L.L.C., South Plain­field, N.J. (N62583-10-D- 0328); SunEdi­son*, Beltsville, Md. (N62583-10-D- 0329); and SolarStar Cal­i­for­nia XV, L.L.C.*, Rich­mond, Calif. (N62583-10-D- 0330), are each being award­ed option year two under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty, firm-fixed-price mul­ti­ple award con­tract for the pur­chase of renew­able elec­tri­cal pow­er through pow­er pur­chase agree­ments at Naval and Marine Corps instal­la­tions in the Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand (NAVFAC) South­west area of respon­si­bil­i­ty (AOR). The com­bined total val­ue for all five con­trac­tors is $25,000,000. The total con­tract amount after exer­cise of this option will be $150,000,000. No task orders are being issued at this time. The work to be per­formed pro­vides for the gen­er­a­tion of elec­tric pow­er from renew­able pow­er sys­tems that are con­struct­ed, owned, oper­at­ed, and main­tained by the con­trac­tor on gov­ern­ment prop­er­ty locat­ed with­in the instal­la­tion bound­aries. The gov­ern­ment will pro­cure the pow­er through pow­er pur­chase agree­ments. Work will be per­formed at var­i­ous fed­er­al sites with­in the NAVFAC South­west AOR includ­ing, but not lim­it­ed to, Cal­i­for­nia (80 per­cent) and Ari­zona (20 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed Feb­ru­ary 2013. Con­tract funds are Oper­a­tion and Main­te­nance, to pay for pow­er deliv­ered to the base elec­tri­cal grid. No gov­ern­ment funds will be used for these projects; con­trac­tors will be required to finance con­struc­tion and oper­a­tion. No funds will be oblig­at­ed with this award. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Naval Facil­i­ties Engi­neer­ing Com­mand, Spe­cial­ty Cen­ter Acqui­si­tion, Port Huen­eme, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Northrop Grum­man Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, McLean, Va., is being award­ed an $11,607,556 task order under pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price con­tract (M67854-11-F-4915) to exer­cise option year one for Com­put­er Net­work Defense Ser­vice Provider (CNDSP). The Marine Corps Net­work Oper­a­tions and Secu­ri­ty Cen­ter (MCNOSC) is an oper­a­tional and staff orga­ni­za­tion sup­port­ing the glob­al Marine Corps Enter­prise Net­work (MCEN) com­mand and con­trol capa­bil­i­ties for Fleet Marine Forces and gar­ri­son forces sta­tioned around the world. The MCNOSC pro­vides this sup­port from its pri­ma­ry site in Quan­ti­co, Va., and a sec­ondary site in Camp Pendle­ton, Calif. The MCNOSC is des­ig­nat­ed as the Marine Corps’ CNDSP. In this role the MCNOSC exe­cutes full spec­trum net­work defense on the glob­al MCEN to include pro­tec­tion, detec­tion, response, and sus­tain­ment func­tions in align­ment with the CNDSP program’s gov­ern­ing direc­tives. Work will be per­formed in Quan­ti­co, Va. (91 per­cent), and Camp Pendle­ton, Calif. (9 per­cent), and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in March 2013. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The Marine Corps Sys­tems Com­mand, Quan­ti­co, Va., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

Pre­Con Prod­ucts, Simi Val­ley, Calif., is being award­ed an $11,431,860 firm-fixed-price, indef­i­nite-deliv­ery/in­def­i­nite-quan­ti­ty con­tract for pre-cast con­crete foun­da­tions for the Force Train­ing Assess­ment Depart­ment at Naval Sur­face War­fare Cen­ter, Coro­na Divi­sion. Work will be per­formed in Simi Val­ley, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Jan­u­ary 2017. Con­tract funds in the amount of $25,303 will ini­tial­ly be applied to this con­tract. Con­tract funds in the amount of $1,143,186 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This con­tract was com­pet­i­tive­ly pro­cured via the Fed­er­al Busi­ness Oppor­tu­ni­ties web­site, with two offers received. EFW, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is being award­ed an $8,798,016 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed firm-fixed-price con­tract (N00019-09-C-0057) to pro­vide hard­ware and instal­la­tions in sup­port of the Hel­met Dis­play Track­ing Sys­tem in the AH-1W heli­copters. Work will be per­formed in Haifa, Israel (66 per­cent); Mel­bourne, Fla. (19 per­cent); and New Riv­er, N.C. (15 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in March 2013. Elec­tric Boat Corp., Gro­ton, Conn., is being award­ed an $8,252,118 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-10-C-2118) for com­ple­tion of Phase II, “Design Activ­i­ty,” and Phase III, “Pro­cure­ment & Assem­bly” asso­ci­at­ed with the con­tin­u­a­tion of the Advanced Inte­grat­ed Low Pres­sure Elec­trolyz­er Devel­op­ment and Qual­i­fi­ca­tion Pro­gram for the Vir­ginia Class Sub­ma­rine Pro­gram. The con­trac­tor will be procur­ing mate­r­i­al and man­u­fac­tur­ing equip­ment intend­ed to reduce the cost of the Oxy­gen Generator/Gas Man­age­ment Sys­tem com­po­nent hard­ware used on Vir­ginia Class sub­marines. AIR FORCE

Northrop Grum­man, San Diego, Calif., is being award­ed a $34,226,968 cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract. This mod­i­fi­ca­tion to the Bat­tle­field Air­borne Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Node (BACN) con­tract FA8726-090C-0010 is for a four-month exten­sion for the con­tin­ued oper­a­tions sup­port and main­te­nance of two BACN BD-700/E‑11A plat­forms, and oper­a­tional sup­port and main­te­nance of the BACN pay­loads. The loca­tion of the per­for­mances is San Diego, Calif. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by June 22, 2012. ESC/AND, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8726-09-C-0010 P00042). 

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

BIT Sys­tems, Inc., Dulles, Va., is being award­ed a $7,015,000 firm-fixed-pric, lev­el-of-effort con­tract (HR0011-11-F-0002). BIT is pro­vid­ing pro­fes­sion­al engi­neer­ing ser­vices (sys­tem design, engi­neer­ing, and inte­gra­tion ser­vices) in sup­port of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s Cyber Fast Track Pro­gram.
