USA — US Military contracts for FY12

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Car­di­nal Health, Inc., Dublin, Ohio, was issued a mod­i­fi­ca­tion exer­cis­ing the first option year on con­tract SPM2DX-10-D-0027/P00036. The award is a require­ments type con­tract with a max­i­mum $206,434,187 for phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal prime ven­dor, Gen­er­a­tion III pri­ma­ry sup­pli­er in sup­port of the com­bined Europe and Pacif­ic regions. Oth­er loca­tions of per­for­mance are Cal­i­for­nia and North Car­oli­na. Using ser­vice is Depart­ment of Defense. There were four respons­es to the Web solic­i­ta­tion on the Fed­er­al Busi­ness Oppor­tu­ni­ties web­site. Type of appro­pri­a­tion is fis­cal 2012/2013 Defense Work­ing Cap­i­tal Funds. The dol­lar val­ue shown is esti­mat­ed based on sales in the Europe and Pacif­ic regions. The date of per­for­mance com­ple­tion is Sept. 30, 2013. The Defense Logis­tics Agency Troop Sup­port, Philadel­phia, Pa., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

AIR FORCE

Raytheon Co., Auro­ra, Colo., is being award­ed a $44,700,000 cost-plus-incen­tive-fee and cost-plus-award-fee con­tract to realign the Next Gen­er­a­tion Oper­a­tion Con­trol Sys­tem tech­ni­cal base­line by adding effort asso­ci­at­ed with 20 requests for change against the spec­i­fi­ca­tion and inter­face con­trol doc­u­ments. The loca­tion of the per­for­mance is Auro­ra, Colo. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by March 31, 2016. SMC/PKP, El Segun­do, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8807-10-C-0001, P00056). 

Raytheon Co., Mis­sile Sys­tems, Tuc­son, Ariz., is being award­ed a $17,424,398 cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract to pro­vide test inte­gra­tion of soft­ware to enhance the sys­tem per­for­mance of the AIM 120D mis­sile. The loca­tion of the per­for­mance is Tuc­son, Ariz. Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Dec. 31, 2013. AAC/EBAK, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the con­tract­ing activ­i­ty (FA8675-090C-0201 P00013). 

NAVY

BAE Sys­tems Tech­nol­o­gy Solu­tions & Ser­vices, Inc., Rockville, Md., is being award­ed a $17,224,611 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tract (N00421-07-C-0013) to exer­cise an option for approx­i­mate­ly 260,000 hours of engi­neer­ing and tech­ni­cal ser­vices in sup­port of the Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Division’s Spe­cial Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Require­ments Division’s Com­mand, Con­trol, Com­mu­ni­ca­tions, Com­put­ers and Intel­li­gence Com­mu­ni­ca­tions-Elec­tron­ics Pro­gram. Work will be per­formed in St. Ini­goes, Md., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed in July 2012. Con­tract funds will not expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. No fund­ing will be oblig­at­ed at time of award. The Naval Air War­fare Cen­ter Air­craft Divi­sion, Patux­ent Riv­er, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity.
