Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $31,863,590 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order against a previously issued basic order agreement (N00019-10-G-0004). This order will procure non-recurring integrated logistics support required in support of the E‑2D Advanced Hawkeye Low Rate Initial Production Aircraft Program. Work will be performed in Bethpage, N.Y., and is expected to be completed in May 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $12,689,441 cost-plus-fixed-fee task order 0059 under a previously awarded contract (M67004-09-D-0020) to provide logistical services in support of principal end item retrograde/redeployment at Forward Operating Base Dwyer in Afghanistan. Work will be performed within Afghanistan, and is expected to be completed in September 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. U.S. Marine Corps, Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity.
Lockheed Martin, Mission Systems and Sensors, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded a $6,821,228 cost-plus-fixed-fee with performance incentives, cost-plus-award-fee, and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-09-C-5103) to exercise options for fiscal 2012 Aegis Platform Systems Engineering Agent activities and Aegis Modernization Advanced Capability Build engineering. Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J., and is expected to be completed December 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard, D.C., is the contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
Aero Turbine, Inc., Stockton, Calif., is being awarded a $13,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide remanufacturing services for the J85-GE‑5/-21 management of items subject to repair engine components. These propulsion items are internal components and assemblies made of high strength steel alloys, castings and forgings used on the J85 engine. Other components consist of accessory assemblies. This requirement will provide performance-based services with technical, logistical, logistics management and remanufacturing requirements for the return of unserviceable J85 components to a serviceable condition for Air Force managed items and common items to the user community. This requirement supports the trainers used to prepare pilots for fighter aircraft such as the F‑15, F‑16 and A‑10. This effort is a 100-percent small business set-aside. The location of the performance is Stockton, Calif. Work is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2014. 848 SCMG/PKAB, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (FA8122-12-D-0003).
Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $7,967,982 firm-fixed-price contract for procurement of C‑5 Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure System (LAIRCM) Group A hardware and assembly of the Group B (government-furnished parts) parts with the Group A hardware into nine C‑5 LAIRCM kits; and initial spare parts. The location of the performance is Marietta, Ga., and is expected to be completed Aug. 25, 2013. Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $7,024,566 firm-fixed-price contract for installation of a commercial sensor and associated hardware to measure the oxygen concentration and pressure within the oxygen system. The result will be a real time display of O2 concentration and a warning if oxygen partial pressure drops below a threshold value. The partial pressure of oxygen and hose pressure will also be data logged for use in post flight investigations. The location of the performance is Marietta, Ga. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2012. ASC/WWUK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8611-08-C-2897 P000109).
