NAVY

      Raytheon Mis­sile Sys­tems Co., Tuc­son, Ariz., is award­ed a $162,239,835 not-to-exceed fixed-price require­ments con­tract for per­for­mance based logis­tics sup­port for the Pha­lanx Close-In-Weapon Sys­tems. Work will be per­formed in Louisville, Ky., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed August 2016. The applic­a­ble Navy Work­ing Cap­i­tal funds will not expire before the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. This announce­ment involves For­eign Mil­i­tary Sales require­ment to the gov­ern­ments of Aus­tralia, Unit­ed King­dom, New Zealand, Japan, Poland, and Bahrain, which will be issued sep­a­rate deliv­ery orders, on an as-required basis. The BEQs will be up to five sto­ries, to pro­vide a total of 400 bed­rooms.       Cape Fox Pro­fes­sion­al Ser­vices, L.L.C., Man­as­sas, Va., is being award­ed an esti­mat­ed ceil­ing priced $10,487,034 mod­i­fi­ca­tion under pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed cost-plus-fixed-fee con­tact (N00244-08-C-0032) to exer­cise option year three for inte­grat­ed solu­tions to pro­vide train­ing, pro­gram man­age­ment, and sup­port­ing struc­ture with the spe­cif­ic goal of reduc­ing traf­fic relat­ed deaths in the Navy and Marine Corps. DEFENSE MEDIA ACTIVITY 

      Town Group Media & Man­age­ment, Colum­bia, Md., was issued a mod­i­fi­ca­tion, sub­ject to avail­abil­i­ty of fis­cal 2012 funds, exer­cis­ing the third option year on the cur­rent con­tract HQ0028-09-C-0011. Award is a firm-fixed price com­mer­cial ser­vice con­tract in sup­port of the Pen­ta­gon Chan­nel oper­a­tions at the Defense Media Activ­i­ty. Esti­mat­ed val­ue of mod­i­fi­ca­tion is $8,358,094. The peri­od of per­for­mance starts Oct. 1, 2011. Defense Media Activ­i­ty-East Con­tract­ing Office, Fort George Meade, Md., is the con­tract­ing activity.
