USAUS Military contracts for FY10

NAVY Sodex­ho Man­age­ment, Inc., Gaithers­burg, Md., was award­ed on Oct. 13 a $12,847,629 mod­i­fi­ca­tion under a pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed fixed-price-incen­tive con­tract (M00027-02-C-0002) for the exten­sion of ser­vices (fis­cal 2011 require­ments) to pro­vide food ser­vices to the Marine Corps and man­age and oper­ate their mess halls in the west­ern region of the Unit­ed States. This mod­i­fi­ca­tion is only for the pur­pose of plac­ing the required fund­ing on this con­tract. This mod­i­fi­ca­tion does not include any fund­ing for work that is out­side the scope of the orig­i­nal con­tract. Work will be per­formed in Ocean­side, Calif. (60 per­cent); Mira­mar, Calif. (5 per­cent); Twen­ty­nine Palms, Calif. (10 per­cent); San Diego, Calif. (10 per­cent); Bridge­port, Calif. (5 per­cent); and Yuma, Ariz. (10 per­cent). Work is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by Jan­u­ary 2011. Con­tract funds will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The total fund­ed dol­lars for con­tract years one, two, three, four, five — the five mul­ti-year base peri­od — and six, sev­en, and — three option years — totals $541,442,912. U.S. Marine Corps Region­al Con­tract­ing Office South­west, Marine Corps Instal­la­tions West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendle­ton, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activity. 

BAE Sys­tems San Diego Ship Repair, San Diego, Calif., is being award­ed a $11,092,061 mod­i­fi­ca­tion to pre­vi­ous­ly award­ed con­tract (N00024-10-C-4407) for the USS New Orleans (LPD 18) fis­cal 2011 phased main­te­nance avail­abil­i­ty. Work will be per­formed in San Diego, Calif., and is expect­ed to be com­plet­ed by March 2011. Con­tract funds in the amount of $11,092,061 will expire at the end of the cur­rent fis­cal year. The South­west Region­al Main­te­nance Cen­ter, San Diego, Calif., is the con­tract­ing activity.
