The con­trac­tor shall design and con­struct the new Air Traf­fic Tow­er (ATCT) at Pope Air Force Base, N.C. The ATCT shall con­sist of 11 sto­ries, plus cat­walk lev­el, and shall not exceed 9,040 square feet.
