The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $80,554,934 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for maintenance, manufacturing of parts, instrumentation and engineering support for all models of the F/A‑18 & EA-18G aircraft including future variants, domestic and Foreign Military Sales, for ground and flight test programs conducted at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md. No funding will be obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md. (97 percent), and St. Louis, Mo. (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in January 2017. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Matrix Providers, Inc.*, Monument, Colo. (N62645-12-D-5021); TISTCorp II, L.L.C.*, San Antonio, Texas (N62645-12-D-5022); Locum Leaders, L.L.C.*, Alpharetta, Ga. (N62645-12-D-5023); and The Healing Staff, Inc.*, San Antonio, Texas (N62645-12-D-5024), are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract to provide locum tenens physician services in support of short term health care services. The maximum not-to-exceed amount for all four contracts combined is $49,999,900. All four contractors will have an opportunity to compete and bid on each individual task order under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. Work will be conducted at Navy medical treatment facilities throughout the continental United States and is expected to be completed by January 2017. All contract funds will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via Federal Business Opportunities, with six offers received. Science Applications International Corp., Mclean, Va., is being awarded a $10,647,009 modification to a previously awarded, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N66001-11-C-4116) for the Deep Sea Operations Program to introduce surveillance that operates at extreme ocean depths to detect quiet submarines. The exercising of this 15-month option brings the cumulative value of this contract to an estimated $12,199,237. Work will be conducted at contractor facilities located in Arlington, Va. (27 percent); Long Beach, Miss. (27 percent); San Diego, Calif. (22 percent); Austin, Texas (17 percent); Germantown, Md. (six percent); and Melbourne, Fla. (one percent). Work is expected to be completed April 11, 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured through the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Broad Agency Announcement number 11–24 published via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with 16 offers received. The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $9,179,536 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed fee contract (N00019-09-C-0022) for spares, repairables, trainers, and courseware in support of the low rate initial production, lot two, P‑8A multi-mission maritime aircraft. Work will be performed in Seattle, Wash. (60 percent), and St. Louis, Mo. (40 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2012. Shamrock Foods, Commerce City, Colo., was awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity, sole-source contract with a maximum $10,539,378 for prime vendor full line food distribution.
