The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is announcing the award of a sole source cost-plus-incentive-fee with technical/schedule performance incentives modification to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Moorestown, New Jersey, under the HQ0276-10-C-0003 contract, P00021. The total value of this modification is $6,578,419, increasing the total contract value from $176,695,539 to $183,273,958. This modification accounts for the award of contract line item numbers (CLINs) 0002 and 0003 for integration of the Aegis weapon system hardware onto skids to include the computer processing suite, spy transmitter and signal processor. Through interface and functional testing the contractor shall demonstrate achievement of various stages of testing to include equipment light off, intra and some inter element testing.
