Construction Engineering Services, LLC*, Fairfax, Va. (N62473-11-D-2215); Los Alamos Technical Associates, Inc.*, Albuquerque, N.M. (N62473-11-D-2216); Sanberg-OTIE JV*, Whittier, Calif. (N62473-11-D-2217); Sullivan-Weston Services JVA, LLC*, San Diego, Calif. (N 62473–11-D-2218), are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract for environmental remediation services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of responsibility (AOR). The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all four contracts combined is $50,000,000. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Southwest AOR which includes Calif. (80 percent), Ariz. (5 percent), Colo. (3 percent), Nev. (3 percent), N.M. (2 percent), Utah (2 percent), and other Department of Defense locations (5 percent). The term of the contracts is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of Jun. 2016. Contract funds in the amount of $20,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured as a 100 percent Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with nine proposals received. These four contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. CAE USA, Inc., Tampa, Fla., is being awarded a $32,130,693 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N61340-11-C-0006) to design, fabricate, install and test two MH-60R tactical operational flight trainers. Work will be performed in Tampa, Fla. (42 percent); Lexington Park, Md. (35 percent); Salt Lake City, Utah (9 percent); Huappauge, N.Y. (5 percent); San Francisco, Calif. (4 percent); Montreal, Canada (2 percent); Huntsville, Ala. (2 percent); and Leesburg, Va. (1 percent), and work is expected to be completed in October 2013. Frontier Electronic Systems Corp.*, Stillwater, Okla., is being awarded a $15,223,182 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract using firm-fixed priced and cost-plus-fixed-fee orders with a 12-month ordering period for AN/SPQ-14(V) Advanced Sensor Distribution System (ASDS), AN/SPQ15(V) data distribution system (DDS) equipment and engineering support services in support of the systems. AN/SPQ-14(V) Advanced Sensor Distribution System, AN/SPQ15(V) data distribution system equipment and replacement parts will be procured for shipboard systems. Services include ASDS and DDS engineering, installation, configuration management, and integrated logistics support for shipboard and shore-based systems. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (85 percent) and the governments of South Korea and Saudi Arabia (15 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Stillwater, Okla., over a period of up to 24 months. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. ArmorWorks Enterprises, LLC, Chandler, Ariz., is being awarded a $9,081,487 firm-fixed-price contract for Protective Undergarments. Work will be performed in Elk Rapids, Mich., (45 percent); Spokane, Wash. (45 percent) and Chandler, Ariz. (10 percent), and work is expected to be completed June 2012. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $7,127,008 firm-fixed-price delivery order on a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-07-D-0004) for the VH-60N Executive Helicopter special progressive aircraft rework induction, including vendor repairables and component overhaul. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in May 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $7,127,008 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
